Here is a photo of my transformation for April 23rd 2012 until January 15th 2013 (roughly 9 months)
In the left hand side i am 78 kg and at around 22% body fat. Perennially the skinny fat kid, pushing my fists under my bi's to make them look bigger, sucking my stomach in and believe it or not flexing my chest.....
Fast forward 9 months and here I am on the right. 91.5kg at around 11.8% body fat.
Anyone rate?

Dude, really try to focus on mind muscle connection for your chest... It seems like you, like me, have had a hard time growing that sucker.
Either that or you aren't dedicated with your nutrition or training schedule.
I feel like you could have done better, but, Progress nonetheless. Keep going!

Cheers brah!
Keep at it dude - do it once - do it properly! You'll get there!
Cheers brah!
Yeah 50 kg each hand. At my main gym that's as big as they go - though at a few other ones I train at they have 52, 54 and 56... So when I'm there I'll look to do some sets on them but main goal is still to do all four working sets on 50 kg each hand.
Cheers Brah! Keep at it. Most important things to remember are consistency and diet & supplements.... Its what every one forgets.

Cheers brahs.
ATM I'm trying to get up to around 100 kg (220 pounds) so not really worried about ab fat etc. probably back up around 12.5% now.... But will cut this off once I hit my goal.
I didnt really focus on macros. Just made sure I ate and drank clean and at 6 times a day. Focused on eating salad or steamed veggies with every meal and had either salmon, steak, kangaroo (the best) or chicken with every meal too.
Main thing was getting the supps right. Making sure what I was using didn't double up too much etc. Here is my current supps:
Advanced Muscle Science, Decavol - Taken twice daily to boost testosterone levels
Zion, War Machine PWO - 1.5 scoops 45 mins before work out
GENTEC, P2P - 2 scoops consumed during work out
Nature's Best, Zero Carb Isopure - 2 scoops consumed immediately following work out

Thanks brah. I have an Ecto body as well, so its always that little bit harder. I also suffer from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ehlers%...anlos_syndrome) basically means I have to work twice as hard as everyone else to get the same results! But it is what it is..
Thanks brahs!Last edited by JVDTWG; 01-17-2013 at 05:59 PM.
