    good high intensity cardio routines?

    hey guys I'm just trying to figure out some good high intensity sprinting/cardio routines. I prefer to do cardio outside, and like to keep it under 600m when I run for speed but I also want to switch it up and do some distance. Any thoughts?

    Sprint 30 seconds and then walk for 30 seconds. repeat.
