    Forearm question

Does the forearm muscles help in the following:

    -Squats
    -Overhead Press
    -bench
    -deadlifts
    -curls
    -rows
    -chins

    ???

If so I'm gonna get a wrist roller to built up the muscles

    Absolutely.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

Not so much for the squat, bench or the overhead press, but definitely for all the pull lifts.

Imo forearm strength is very important in terms of real world strength.

Regardless of whether or not it will help with the lifts you've mentioned I'd train them.

You tend to utilise your forearm in most exercises (exception of legs)...

Training them directly would benefit the pulling exercises and general grip strength as already mentioned above.
