Many people, especially in the Nmisc, need to understand that you should enjoy the gym. It's not about doing this program or that program, if your macros are spot on, or even if you are getting enough protein. This is simply about pushing yourself every session.

Forget calories
Forget set programs

Go to the gym. Pick heavy **** up. Put it back down. Go home. Eat like a human being. Go about your business.

It's really that simple. If you aren't making gains you are simply not working hard enough.
