    Whats the best upper body work out routine for me pics!

    Right now i i jsut liek do i pyrimad with all my work outs

    Chest-
    Dumbell press
    flat bench
    sometimes incline

    arms
    curls
    skull crushers

    back deadlift

    shoulders military- shoulderraises
    (with traps shhoulder shrugs)



    I try to keep it basic
