Watch me Perform
...sounds hawt
Now why I have chosen to log bcaa's, as this tends to be a popular question for those who have never supplemented aminos including myself:
I train and live on a college campus. Being on a college meal plan I find that it is astronomically easier to load up on carbohydrates, than it is protein. Ideally bcaa's will help me decrease protein breakdown if I am to go below target (and depending on what source of research you consult, increase my protein synthesis)
In addition, my workouts average 2 hours per session, so intra workout supplementation should be beneficial to keep me going.
Here it is y'all. Bring it on!
and thank you Formutech, much love <3

Treating me well so far
Feb 11 Leg Day + 1st Impression
I carry around a big 3L water lug-o-jug, and after sip testing 8 oz's of water +1 scoop of perform I thought the taste was a little strong, so I decided to try out 2 scoops with just under 3L of water.
Started sipping 45 minutes prior to lifting, and throughout the workout, finishing fully just in time with the end of my workout. My endurance felt fantastic, even after lifting heavy. Noticeably faster recovery times (possibly mental, long hair/no care)
Complete supplementation:
4 capsules of Core Zap! (15 minutes pre-workout)
2 scoops Perform ( 45 minutes pre/intra workout)
Back Squats Bar to the pins, and press
135 x 8
135 x 5
225 x 5
245 x 5
255 x 3
285 x 1
315 attempt, fail However, overall I am very happy with this performance.
I am participating in an exercise physiology based research study at my uni, where I am doing daily hip strengthening exercises. I'll update you guys with my experiences. As of now its helped me greatly with these extra deep squats.
