    MANOSTEEL00's Transformation Log - Big 230 to Shredded 195

    Hi All,

    I've been a long time member of this forum, ever since I was about 13 years old or so. I'm member #393 to put it in perspective and have been surfing this site for ages. My goal is to go from my current weight of 230lbs to 195. It would bring me to approximately 8% bodyfat which I've never been close to all my life. I'm in high spirits and am really excited to see the "finished" product. I know that I have a good muscular base underneath and I want to be able to enjoy it this Summer.

    Background:

    I was a collegiate football and hockey player. I've always trained hard, was usually the strongest guy in the weight room, but have always had a decent amount of fat on me. I've cut weight up and down for years and have been at my highest, 265, and my lowest around 215. In 2011, I separated my shoulder badly and herniated a disc in my back. Not a good year, though I've recovered mainly from those injuries the best I can.
