yes. you can cut even more to show them more but again its both mass and body fat.

Not to be insulting but if you don't know what a clean bulk means then you have not read enough. I recommend reading through some of the stickies located throughout the forums and learning as much as you can. Eat at about a 300-500 calorie surplus from your maintenance and put a little more attention on your core and abdominal muscles to build mass in that area while your clean bulking.

I suggest you to bulk for couple of months, then cut little time and repeat until you are fine with your body.
