    Whats the best way to use whey protein powder?

    I just got this for the first time. So I have a few questions.
    I workout at school so a period. 45min less

    When do I take it? Before and after but how soon before?
    How much do I use? For before than after.
    How much water? I have the blender bottle.
    Should I use every day? Some times we just do cardio and abs.

    Many other great tips would work to.

    6"3 Tall
    210lb
    18YO

    Bench 225 as max.
    Squat 165 as max.
    Clean 135 as max.

    To answer all of your questions, it doesn't matter. What protein shakes do is help you meet your protein macronutrient goals for the day. I like drinking one after I work out. 8-12 oz. of water usually does the trick, not too condensed but not watered down.

    best way is when you are missing some protein for the day and you need to replace it quick.
    Drink it whenever your diet lacks protein, Timing does not matter.

    I use nitrotech with some milk(8oz)

    For before anytime in the day is fine, just get your protein in your body. It honestly doesn't matter when. Just make sure your reaching your daily protein needs

    A lot of people take it post workout so you can do that but timing doesn't matter, also focus a lot on diet and try to get most protein from food

    I use it as a protein scrub in the shower...trutein cinnabun leaves me feeling cinnalicious.












    (doesn't matter when you use it, protein shakes are meant to supplement the protein lacking in your diet. 1g protein per lb of bodyweight every day)

    Need them to be close to my 900g/24 serving whey.

    I use Spring Valley Omega 3 Fish Oil, which is a cheap Walmart brand. Certain cheap supps are fine imo, but stuff like cheap dept store multivitamins dont dissolve in your system. Stay away from those at all cost. Dymatize may not be the cheapest supplement maker out there, but they've been around forever. They helped start the bodybuilding crazes of the last 30+ years I hear. Not too expensive where I am, very good quality. I use Dymatize Creatine Micronized.

    So that should take care of those supp needs for less than 30 bucks every couple months if you do it right.
