I just got this for the first time. So I have a few questions.
I workout at school so a period. 45min less
When do I take it? Before and after but how soon before?
How much do I use? For before than after.
How much water? I have the blender bottle.
Should I use every day? Some times we just do cardio and abs.
Many other great tips would work to.
Bench 225 as max.
Squat 165 as max.
Clean 135 as max.
