How in depth should i prepare for the NSCA CPT exam?
So this is my first post on this site, and I was wondering if anyone out there could give me some info as to how in depth I should prepare for the NSCA CPT exam. Im aware of the format of the test as far as the video section, and the topics that i should place more focus on, but in terms of all the tables (e.g. Muscle Action Table, chronic cardiorespiratory and metabolic adaptions..etc) should I memorize these? Basically should i spend my time making sure I remember every little thing in each chapter? or is that overkill.. I do realize that this is one of the most credible certs. and I want to make sure I am properly educated and not some idiot who just memorized some vocabulary words.
