I have a rather long limbed frame (ie, long arms/legs, short body) and it seems my ass is lacking versus my quads. I did some heavy squatting for about 6-7 months (not much upperbody) and I am now focusing on getting my upperbody bigger. My thighs are fairly big from behind and front view but on the side they seem to be lacking (this would be the hamstring/glute, right?). I think this was caused from me not sitting back properly when squatting and I was doing more of a sit down. In other words, my quads were getting most of the attention. The only leg exercises that I currently do are Barbell rows and deadlift (both more back oriented) as I am focusing more on upper body, like I said before. What new ones could I add that focus more on the glutes/hamstring?
