I Just Recently Got Out Of Jail And I Lost Close To 50 Pounds I Went in At like 225. And Come Out At Like 181. I Dont Know If I Should Just Keep The Weight I Have An Build Muscle Or Drop The Weight And Then Build Muscle And Advice Would Help Maybe Somthing Different Then What Im Thinking Of . Also If You Could Give Me A Rough Estimate Of My Body Fat Percentage I Did Not Lift Weights When I Was Locked Up My Workout Routine Consisted Of Pushs Ups , Sit Ups, Dips , Ect . Mainly Body Workouts Also Ran An Have Continued Running And I Run About 30 Miles A Week . Again Any Advice Would Help Thank You . Im Just Looking To Look Fit And Not Fat I Have Been Over Weight Since I Was Like 11 Or 12 And Now Im 19 .

ALSO: Do Anyone Think I Might Have Extra Skin Once I Actually Lose All My Weight ? This Is One Of My Fears .
