Yippee!!! OKC!! Perla's crab shack is a must!
We've had to do these in crossfit. the progression is bw. then with barbell. then with bw on to a box. then with bb and onto a box. It gets real dicey. I think my brother worked up to a 20" box with 135 lbs but he's a midget grasshopper.

-Bench press felt pretty good. I'm working on pushing away from the bar with my legs rather than pushing the bar upward, if that makes any sense. It's coming together slowly. Coordination is slightly lacking, but I think that's because I can't manage to stay super duper tight for more than 1 rep because it kills my back.
-OHP was exciting! Dan wanted me to do 2 reps, but I knew it wasn't happening. I think if I were fresh (I OHP'd Saturday and threw before this) I could squeak out 100x1. Thoon.
-Incline press machine was spicy. I'll leave it at that.

I was almost pissed because you were pressing 95, and I'm just squeaking out 105 x 5 x 5. Then I saw that it was a 1rm. And I felt better.
