Depends when I am working out during the day, which for me is usually when i wake up or early afternoon. If its when I wake up I usually eat just egg whites, or some just some whey protein. I always take some whey after or during a workout though. Just so I make sure my muscles are always being fueled!

I dont get home from school till about 3:30 so i just eat something quick, like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or some rice cakes with peanut butter on em and hit the gym. whatever you feel like pretty much. Just don't consume a huge meal, you will feel bloated and lackadaisical because your body will be more focused on digesting your food

Pre: 2 oranges, a banana, two slices of wheat bread, 2 whole eggs, Multi v, creatine (breakfast)
Post: 1.5 cups 2% milk, full scoop whey, half scoop casein, CANDY! (Today I had 3 packs of smarties, two now n laters, and a jolly rancher. Lol) I eat my post in the parking lot of the gym. Then go home and eat whole foods
I only workout in the morning because my workouts are at least 90 minutes and pretty intense, best to do it early and just chill through the rest of the day. Doing it later would SUCK.<--- Screams various Ronnie Coleman quotes while curling 15 pound DBs
