Opinions on possible improvement? Size, fat loss, etc. Wanting to compete!
I would do physique and I know they don't really look at size but I'm a little guy, just pretty cut. There is a show coming at SRU and I was thinking about doing it, but I don't know if I'd even match up. My legs are directly proportional to my body, I don't have any pics of them but I just want a general idea by looking at my upper body. I, personally, think I am too small, but I want some other opinions.

8 or 9%. Just keep adding mass all over. I think you could definitely do a local competition if you wanted to, you'd just have to keep cutting.
watdo I do in this dilemma?

Thank you. I was beginning to think I went up over 10..use to be a little thinner. Competitions I would think of doing would small ones so, what, maybe get down to 6-7%?

Yeah it's just a small competition so don't kill yourself cutting down to like 4-5%. If you could, more power to you but 6-7% should be enough to do well in your weight class.

Solid bf %. I would say work on adding more muscle mass. At the moment in my opinion you could pass for a conditioned sports star with that physique. It is a very impressive physique that I'm sure you've worked hard on, and you should be proud.
Good luck.

I'm not seeing any lat or traps... so back could be suspect. Also I would think you need overall muscle added to arms and chest? Low body fat alone won't do it, I wouldn't think. Still great, but not sure how much you need for competition sake.

wow, thanks so much fellas. I 100% agree on the additional mass part. Been adding cals for some time now, haven't found the sweet spot. I'm gonna head to the 3500 mark this week. Training hasn't slowed down since the start just haven't seen any noticeable gains although multiple lifts have gone up. Been adding some different lifts in that I don't normall do too. Thanks again

No Cuts No Glory
even physique you would probably want around 5%. You are a little on the small side (no offense) so being a bit more ripped could help.
