Also, do you brahs feel weaker in the am rather than at night? Just wondering if it's just my body.

I find that I have goat workouts in the am than in the pm

Lift then some HIIT gets me awake and rock hard srs

Minimum 6...maximum 8 hours. Usually ends up being 7 hours of solid sleep.

In, i have been getting up at 8am rushing to work for 9am, no breakfast.

Really feeling like hitting the gym at 7am.

6:00am wake up from now on.

6-6:30 wakeups depending on the day. Aim to be in bed by 10:30 but lately it has been more like 11-11:30.
Still a solid amount of sleep though.
