Before: 119-130 lbs (pics are 130, I was 119 months before, one month after recovering from anorexia, I went from 180-119 in three months)
Ill start by saying bodybuilding is not my goal. I did not spend the majority of my time trying to get huge.
I was anti social and depressed. I lost a lot of my friends because I let the way I looked change my attitude.
After: 190 lbs. I stopped bodybuilding and started doing crossfit. It's not for everyone and no it is not optimal to drastically increase your muscle mass. It's great for fitness, co-ordination, strength, agility, etc. I love it.
My life has drastically improved. I've come out of my shell, I'm confident, I get hit on a lot (just two nights ago some girl I never met before have me her number without saying anything).
Honestly, choose a goal and stick with it. You will slip up along the way but use it as motivation. Use your failures to push you towards your final goal.
I pretty much eat whatever I want. I keep grains and wheat to a minimum just for the sole reason that they go through heavy genetic modification and mass production and it just doesn't seem healthy to me. I eat LOTS of fruit, vegetables, meats, nuts, etc.
As for on/off days, I usually do 3-5 working days with one day of rest.
I'm posting this to motivate and inspire anyone who is a beginner or struggling, as seeing how hard work can pay off did for me.

I bet he is fit well done. I wish to have a body like this soon but I only have less than 2 years, 550 days left lol. I was wondering what is the fastest way. I just re-started training 3 weeks ago after have a bad case of reactive arthritis which I was 56kg half a year ago and lost a lot of my muscle. I am now 74kg and getting better. I just eat heaps of good food and do Rocco Oppedisano bodybuilding beginners routine. Does body building work to get a body like this then do fitness/cutting later?
anyway I am proud you have gotten confidence and hope to see some more progressReactive Arthritis is real pain but so is not being able to train.
