Put three pounds boneless chicken breast in a crockpot with 12oz of hot wing sauce(Frank's Red Hot is what I used). Cook it on low heat for 8+ hour.
Result is mouth-watering buffalo chicken that you can put in a sandwich, make tacos with, make into a buffalo chicken dip, or just eat straight up.
Waaaaay better then eating dry chicken breasts and so simple to make. Probably going to be a staple of my diet from now on.

I'd say it's medium. Medium-low, but people that can't handle spicy food will probably think it's way hot. IMO don't make it for anyone that doesn't enjoy spicy food.
No water. That's a general rule for crockpots, the juices from the meat cooking will fill it up, no need for extra water.11B, NASM CPT, CFL1

I'm not a crockpot expert... I think any crock pot will work, Idunnolol.jpg
Just throw them in there. After eight hours of cooking they'll pull right apart, so just use two forks and pull the chicken breasts apart in the crock pot after it's done cooking and mix it around in the buffalo sauce to soak it all up.
Nice will have to try that.
Whole new ****ing world of cooking chicken that isn't dry and ****ty opens up with the crockpot.11B, NASM CPT, CFL1

I found this Beef lentil soup..Its amazing (srs). I leave out the cabbage and sometimes the spinach. It makes enough for about four meals and you wont stop eating it until its all gone. I will even eat it for breakfast.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef (90% lean)
1 can (46 ounces) tomato or V8 juice
4 cups water
1 cup dried lentils, rinsed
2 cups chopped cabbage
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon salt, optional
2 beef bouillon cubes, optional
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
Directions
In a large stockpot, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add the tomato juice, water, lentils, cabbage, carrots, celery, onion, green pepper, pepper, thyme, bay leaf, salt and bouillon if desired.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until the lentils and vegetables are tender. Add spinach and heat through. Remove bay leaf. Yield: 6 servings.
