it isn't impossible to weight after cooking. you might need a heavier duty scale, but you could tare the empty container, put in the raw chicken, weigh the whole then then do that again after it cooks.

i just cooked some mostly plain overnight for about 10 hrs and it was still really juicy, with only about 4 oz of hot sauce for 3.1 lbs of breasts.

    Pepperoncini Beef

This made for an awesome quesadilla with a low carb tortilla, black beans, avocado, and cheese. I also had it by itself with some cheese melted on top. Yum.

    ^^hnnnnnng!

i tried out one of the lawry sauces from a post before. i started out with the entire bottle of lawry's caribbean jerk. i added a fair amount of pesto then a few dashes of caribbean jerk (the spice) to 4 pounds of chicken breast. came out lookin nice and tasting better. it's all white meat boneless, skinless chicken breast that i'd trimmed all visible fat from.

so, if you like jerk chicken, you might enjoy this easy way to prep via crockpot.

guise remember, if you don't wanna crock pot you can get a $15 rice cooker.

I make my rice, then clean pot, then place in chicken for about and hour and boom...rice+delicious chicken

You can make bbq pulled chicken in about 1-2 hours tops

    3 large chicken breasts
1 can of low sodium cream of chicken soup
    2 cloves of garlic (optional)
Half a packet of Italian seasoning
Half a block of fat free cream cheese (to use after chicken is cooked)

Cook chicken with everything but the cream cheese on low for 5 hours. Add the cream cheese when the chicken is cooked and set on high for 30mins or until cheese is melted. Use a fork to break the chicken into big pieces or leave as is. 8 hours seem excessive, my chicken came out very tender and juicy after 5.
did u get this recipe from that guys youtube channel? Dhftns or whatever. I saw something similar on there. Wanted to try 4 oz of Greek yogurt/4 oz cream cheese instead of 8 oz cream cheese. That guys videos are amazing

Finally made this (the buffalo chicken). Very good, very easy. It's definitely a sodium bomb but still tasty. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other recipes in this thread once I finish eating all the buffalo chicken.

    slow cooker brahs

i got 2 lbs of chicken tits
a pkg of sour cream and
    2 cans of black beans

    edit: cream cheese i meant

would this be good? i might ditch the cream cheese since then it might come out too soupy/sloopy

also, should i add the beans towards the end? dont think i should have em in there all 8 hours

if the beans are already cooked, they'll probably come out mushy if you have them in there the whole time.

I did chicken, salsa, beans, taco seasoning, corn and cooked them all for 8 hours

however just beans and chicken probably would not be appetizing. Id cook it a different way then slow cooker if I were you.

I'm curious how the beans, salsa, and corn turned out. Was it mushy?

Didnt know this thread was still active

the pic I took of my first buffalo chicken attempt is in the OP lol

I recently tried making it with Franks kcikin BBQ, came out pretty good but I felt like it was missing something.

If thawed I simply rinse them off and throw them in the crock pot
