it isn't impossible to weight after cooking. you might need a heavier duty scale, but you could tare the empty container, put in the raw chicken, weigh the whole then then do that again after it cooks.
i just cooked some mostly plain overnight for about 10 hrs and it was still really juicy, with only about 4 oz of hot sauce for 3.1 lbs of breasts.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ ★cVc★ ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Pepperoncini Beef
This made for an awesome quesadilla with a low carb tortilla, black beans, avocado, and cheese. I also had it by itself with some cheese melted on top. Yum.Competition Wilks: 406

^^hnnnnnng!
i tried out one of the lawry sauces from a post before. i started out with the entire bottle of lawry's caribbean jerk. i added a fair amount of pesto then a few dashes of caribbean jerk (the spice) to 4 pounds of chicken breast. came out lookin nice and tasting better. it's all white meat boneless, skinless chicken breast that i'd trimmed all visible fat from.
so, if you like jerk chicken, you might enjoy this easy way to prep via crockpot.+R.I.P. Mainsqueeze530+

Finally made this (the buffalo chicken). Very good, very easy. It's definitely a sodium bomb but still tasty. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other recipes in this thread once I finish eating all the buffalo chicken.

If thawed I simply rinse them off and throw them in the crock pot
Was not mushy
I have also done this recipe which has a bit more too it and it turned out very good. Added some liquid smoke as well
