How much weight should someone be able to lift to be considered strong for their bodyweight? Like when people say someone should be able to lift x amount for their bodyweight.
And is that their overall bodyweight or is it just their lean body mass that should be multiplied?

I have seen a couple different charts on the Internet. This is one.

The other post above seemed good, but I have had this one saved in my favorites for a while as a reference."Never look down on anybody unless you are helping them up"

When comparing- it's TOTAL bodyweight. But it's hard to directly compare. Smaller people have more potential for strength per pound.
Example- if I do 5 pullups at 165lbs and you do 5 pullups at 250lbs--- we are not equal in strength, the heavier person is at a disadvantage in that movement, so he has to be stronger (absolute and relative) than the smaller guy.
Things switch with something like bench press where the extra bodyweight HELPS move more weight.
Example-- 165lb dude benches 300lbs, 250lb dude benches 300lbs. The smaller guy is obviously stronger pound for pound.
To answer directly. To be considered "strong for bodyweight"--------
ohp- 1.0x bw
bench- 1.5x bw
squat - 2.0x bw
deadlift- 2.5x bw----------start -------------- current
squat---135x5----------------265x5
bench---135x1---------------230x1, 195x5
dead----155x5---------------325x1, 305x5
military-70x5----------------130x5
chins----BWx8--------------+70x2
dips-----BWx14------------ +80x5
BOR -----115x5--------------205x3
db row---55x8---------------100x7
inc DB press------45x5------80x3, 75x7
seated DB press--35x5------60x4
