Stats: 18 years old 251 pounds 5 11 . Goal weight 190
Goal: lose fat while building muscle so once the fat comes of I can obtain a lean physique
I'm new this , this is one if my first plans I've made if you have any suggestions feel free to help me on my journey .
My training :
Warm up 10 minutes of cardio everyday
Monday : upper body / 35 minutes cardio
Tuesday: cardio 40 minutes
Wednesday: lower body /35 minutes of cardio
Thursday : cardio 40 minutes
Friday : upper body /35 minutes of cardio
The next week I will split the weights and do 2 days of lower body and 1 day upper body.
Meal 1: 1/2 cup oatmeal with flax seed
1/2 cup strawberries
4 egg whites
GYM at 6a.m.
Meal 2 : whey protein shake
Meal 3 : lean chicken breast with a salad or broccoli
Meal 4 : piece of fruit and some almonds
Meal 5: salmon with steamed vegetables
