    Supplements for Knee Cartilage?

    What are the best products you've used for knee cartilage regeneration?

    I'm 1 month post-op from ACL & Meniscus surgery. Doctor says I may not be able to play soccer again due to the damage of my cartilage. I'm a teen in high school and so I need something that I can take once or x2 a day. I really want to get back out on the field by Spring 2014.
