Since i started meditating a couple years ago, and got that tingling sensation in my forehead ive had some crazy experiences. Mostly good though. I more at peace for one.

-Seeing geometric shapes while meditating and in dreams.
-Transparent "beings" occasionally chilling in my room at night. Never felt a threat by them. Just went back to sleep.
-No more fear.
-More aware of the world around me.


The key is to be consistent in meditation though. I find myself taking breaks(weeks at a time), and its like losing them gains. You gotta start over again. Good luck bros!

And you achieve this exclusively through meditation? I'm pretty big into meditation but I don't believe in any spirituality in any way shape or form. Would like to hear more on how you induced this and your perception of the matter. Enhanced awareness and peace/stillness come from being fully present in the moment which meditation can help you achieve so it is not related to spirituality imo but a dissolution of thoughts, detachment from ego and living fully in the now.

yes I've heard some bad stuff about that stuff. Personally I've never tried it and have mostly steered clear of any drug besides mother nature's finest. I think in order to transcend into other worlds you require some form of aid but I believe the Buddhist Monks have perfected the art of establishing connection by simply remaining dedicated and focused. They're on dat dere epic status!

Lucid dreaming is also a gateway. Easiest way to achieve lucidity is to remind yourself before going to sleep to check your hands whilst dreaming. A few attempts here and there and one night you'd actually check your hands in the dream which would ultimately trigger your brain to realize that you're in a dream state yet fully conscious. Patterns of alternate life state would slowly start to emerge with each lucid episode ultimately making it easier for you to open your third-eye.

I use binaural beats all the time. The biggest advantage to binaural beats is it helps block outside noise. I had my first real meditation experience with binaurals. Felt pressure in forehead and than sort of a pop. After the pop I felt eurphoria for sometime. I came out of the trance by thinking about how I didn't want to fall out of the trance lol.

Lucid dreaming is exactly as powerful as DMT when it's done properly. I've used DMT, salvia, shrooms, etc and I find them all comparable to lucid dreaming. DMT takes you far but salvia makes me sht bricks like no other. All these hallucinogens really do is let you lucid dream while awake. If you lucid dream while asleep you can get exactly the same effects and even deeper but the hallucinogens give you a frame of reference to work from, it's like someone holding your hand and guiding you through it. Lucid dreaming, you're alone with yourself and if you don't know what you're looking for then you'll have to learn by experience.

The third eye opens every time you dream; that is how you dream in the first place. So it makes perfect sense to just get your 3rd eye opening workouts from the horse's mouth: lucid dreaming.

STAGES OF TELOPHILIA
Spiritual Relationship
The Greek prefix telo means “the end or complete” and philia is Greek for “love or loving.” Thus we can use the word telophilia to represent the highest form of relationship or the union of souls or joint alchemy. So I equate the phenomena of supra-sex with telophilia. Note these stages are the classic alchemical stages of soul development. Another name we might call spiritual relationship is psychephilia, as psyche is both “soul” and “butterfly” in Greek and so apply reflects the metamorphic nature of soul union. At one time I found a reference to the word “teleiaphilia” meaning a principled friendship grounded on shared virtue and precepts; which is a philosophical level relationship. Telophilia however is one step beyond that being an empathetic, synergistic relationship of all levels, including soul. These soul-relationships may not include sex but because they amplify kundalini they can be more energetically and intensely intimate and transformative than sexual relationships.
Following is an outline of the stages of soul relationship but to a certain extent all stages happen at once to varying degrees as well.
1. MEETING—Recognition, initiation, surges of energy in the head and solar plexus, enlivening of the genitals. Enlarging of ones field in relation to the other, heightening of alertness and energy level. Irresistible magnetic pull, constancy of attention and soul urge to be in each others presence.
2. QUICKENING—Spiritual acceleration, extreme heart opening, purging, purifying, nausea, awe, hope. Clearing, tidying up loose ends, nest building, talking to oneself, physical exercise to absorb tension. The symptoms of attraction in relationship correspond to those of the metamorphic process and are representative of the two sides of the nervous system in a kind of tango. Normalization of the nervous system can be achieved through walking, deep breathing, toning, movement like Qi gong and immersion in water. This is not to make a problem out of love, for we can enjoy both parasympathetic and sympathetic hypertonal periods, but in order to "assimilate" them comfortably without being triggered into negative coping mechanisms there are a few handy tricks we can use. Incarnation is often hard work, especially if we are used to blocking energies and consciousness from having grown up in dysfunctional environments.
Sympathetic hyperactivation: The stage fright like surges of energy in the solar plexus and high blood pressure in the head can be handled by gentle rhythmic tapping the back over the adrenal glands/kidney area.

Did you draw that? Fuarkkk. I used to be a real Homer Simpson when it came to art (i.e. no care) but now I'm starting to feel a real resonance towards it. All forms of creative expression are inspiring but art can be very evocative and engaging. As of late I've been looking at stuff by Alex Grey, also psychedelic art from Timothy Leary's era is also interesting.
