Hi guys ive been going to gym for about 2 months and im a skinny fat type guy with skinny arms but fat everywere else. Before that at the age of 14 i was a skinny guy. When i started going to the gym i did eat alot of candy n stuff and forgot about protein and eating healthy for a month. At second month i started using whey protein 80 and creatine and started eating healthy. But still i havent gotten any noteable Results. My Uncle whos 19 made me a gym schedule on new year 2013 what days to train. He's been going to gym for 4 years and look strong n good. He was a skinny guy before. Also i was using many machines and no free weights for about 1 month but now i do free weights and almost no machines except pulldowns and maybe 1-2 more for legs
This is what i eat:
Morning:2 Eggs, bread sometimes with musli cereal with milk or yoghurt
Dinner:Chicken & Rice/Meatballs & Potatoes/Hamburgers/Salmon & Potatoes/
Post workout meal:I usually cook a chicken breast with potatoes or salmon with potatoes and a proteinshake
I need help from you buff guys out there i hope you can help me !

2 months isn't that long but to have seen no gains is probably cause your diet has been pants.
Have your lifts gone up at all?

Pretty much what most people have said....
. Two months isn't that long
. Diet's pretty terrible
But even so, you may not notice any gains you've made because you see your body everyday, and so the small differences aren't noticeable. If you were to compare a photo from january 2013 to one you take in may or something, you'll notice a lot of difference, if you keep up the progressive overload and eat a lot more, particularly lean protein. Just because you go to the gym, that isn't an excuse to eat "candy n stuff and forget about protein"
