I think I am feeling the effects of cutting carbs. But I am getting about 200 grams. Will I adjust or should I eat more? Or is that enough? I may just need more sleep.

200g intake of carbs should not do that. Have you started/stopped any medications recently? Do you have low blood pressure maybe? How is your water intake? Even a little bit of dehydration will wreak havoc on your body and leave you feeling weak, dizzy, tired, etc. Can be a WIDE range of things causing those, but 200g carb intake should not have anything to do with that. when people go low carb its normally in the sub 100 region, or those who are extreme with diets and only get carbs from trace sources. Now during those times yes, low carb intake would/could cause some issues.
Only a life lived for others, is a life worthwhile.

No I havent been taking any meds. My water intake is very high. I drink it all day. I have had my blood pressure checked it always comes out ok. My activity level is also very high. Maybe carbs is not the problem. But I am feeling like im in a haze from dieting and getting occasional dizzy spells. Protein doesn't help but taking loads of carbs makes me feel better. Tbh though my diet has been all over the place this week because of college. One day I barely ate anything at all. But typically I think I am taking at least 150g of carbs and usually more than that.

How many calories are you consuming? And how much fat? That doesn't seem like an unnecessarily low amount of carbs at all, but maybe your fat is low (should be getting atleast 0.4-0.5g per lb of LBM), or maybe your calorie deficit is just too steep, exactly how active are you? Before I knew what I was doing in terms of nutrition, I was dieting waaay too hard, doing the classic bro/bodybuilder protocol of 2-3 hours of LISS cardio per day, and I would get dizzy spells all the time then.
