Bod Pod Results are in

I've been wanting to do it for a while and finally forked over the $$ to get it. For those of you that haven't done it before, you sit in your underwear in a pod and the air pressure is able to measure your BF% within 2% accuracy. The process takes about 10 minutes. I guessed that mine was going to be a bit over 20% and it was pretty spot-on. Caliper test also gave similar results.

Current stats:

233.3 lbs
5'10.5"

Fat: 23%/53.6lbs
Lean Body Mass: 77%/179.7

My goal:
I beefed up during the late summer and the fall and am in the process of cutting. I'd really like to get to 7% bodyfat with a goal weight between 195-200lbs. Hoping to look pretty beastly once I'm under 200.

Check with universities in your area. Most decent sized ones will probably have a sports / human performance testing lab (where a lot of research gets done). My local ones are open to the public for bookings and will do any testing you like - not just chamber testing for bodyfat, but get on the treadmill to find your VO2 max, lung capacity, etc. Pretty much anything that can be measured and analyzed

Sounds like a cool way to get your body fat measured, but phuck my broke ass wouldn't want to fork over the cash.
