Estimate my bf% and is my cutting right?

Hi guys,
i am new here and read through some articles,
i am wondering now what bf% i am because i dont have anything to measure it and i also dont have time to go somewhere just to check my bf% so could someone estimate it?
secondly i just started cutting 1 week ago and i am eating about 1700 calories a day so i took my weight 173x10 and i am 6.0, i hope that works but i see already good results so i guess that i need
to change my diet from week to week so that my metabolism will stay on top.
Also how long do u guys think will it take me to get to 8-10%of bf because i wanne be in shape for summer.
The only thing i figured out so far is that i dont wanne look skinny if i´ll reach that point so i think i might bulk after a few weeks and for how long should i bulk then, i got 6 months until
i wanne be in a good shape.

It's very informative and will let you know all your intake needs.
I'd say your BF is around 15%, but that's just my guess.
