    Stay on SS and change it or go on madcow?

    So I've been stalling hard on SS for a while now(my lifts have barely gone up in the window of 2 months) and I can't add 5 lbs a workout anymore. I've looked into madcow 5x5 and I went as far as to set up the spreadsheet with my lifts. It looks good and all, but the 4 week deload is what turns me off about the program. So should I try just adding 5 lbs a week while staying on SS, or should I transition to madcows 5x5?
    tl;dr
    SS with 5 lb increases every week instead of session or madcow 5x5.

    The only lift that is even 1.5x bw is his deadlift. Now if his lifts were 2.5x or more then that is a different story.

    I progressed 65 pounds but stalled multiple times benching. It's my weakest lift and has always been.

    **** man, I'm bulking on my bmr+500 and getting near my 1g per lb as well as my carbs, and I work myself so hard in the gym that I almost throw up every session. Could it be anything else?

    Squats look good. Round your back a lot more on the cleans/deads. It should be like getting on and off a toilet seat, and your back shouldnt move until the bar is at your knees.

    If you really want to switch routines then yeah, madcow's or texas method is definitely a good option. Stay far far away from 531. Way too slow progression for your lifts.

    Yeah, I deloaded a week ago to 185 and worked back up to 200(in the vid), and I could probably already do 205 again, but not 210.
