So I've been stalling hard on SS for a while now(my lifts have barely gone up in the window of 2 months) and I can't add 5 lbs a workout anymore. I've looked into madcow 5x5 and I went as far as to set up the spreadsheet with my lifts. It looks good and all, but the 4 week deload is what turns me off about the program. So should I try just adding 5 lbs a week while staying on SS, or should I transition to madcows 5x5?
tl;dr
SS with 5 lb increases every week instead of session or madcow 5x5.

good form on your squats honestly. If you're stalling eat more. Have you tried deloading at all? A deload week may help you bust through your stall without changing anything.
If you really want to switch routines then yeah, madcow's or texas method is definitely a good option. Stay far far away from 531. Way too slow progression for your lifts.
