    I'm at 2.95 X BW, going to add 10 lbs next time for exactly 3 X BW.

    Well, what I'll probably end up doing is just going for it and adding 20 lbs for 565. Then, I'll only be 20 lbs away from 6 plates/each side @ 585.

    500 @ 183 pounds and I I recently just started doing traditional deadlifts I always use to just so stiff leg deadlifts. I'm also prepping for a bodybuilding contest at arou d 4 to 5 percent body fat.

    I weigh 98kgs, I had a back injury about 8 months ago so have never tried a 1RM
    but I do 100kg for 8-10reps with ease, so im about to put it up again but yeah don't wanna go too hard too early because of the back history
    but based on that, what do you think my 1rm could possibly be at?
