Well, I just started lifting again a few weeks ago. But in early 2010, I accomplished 1 rep of 475 off the floor with versa grips. I could do 3-4 reps of 405 at the time. The funny thing is, I couldn't even do 315 on a squat (at least not all the way down, I did half squats at that weight). My body weight was upper 180's.
I don't think I'll be able to deadlift that much again for several months until I get my strength built back up. Only two weeks into my program, after taking 2 years off and being lazy. However this time, I plan on smashing my record because I'm not neglecting legs. I'm sure it will help, although it's almost all back when I do them.

deadlifted 180kg (397lb) friday but did 160kg (353lb)x5 before, so in theory I should be able to deadlift 195kg (430lb). I'm gonna max out all my lifts in the end of january for an attempt in the 1000lb club.
5rm / 1rm
press: 65kg x5 (143lb) / 70kg
bench: 105kg x5 (226lb) / 125kg
squat: 170kg x5 (375lb) / 180kg
dead: 205kg x5 (452lb) / 220kg

My most recent PB was 160kg at 69.5kg. I'm hoping to hit 170-180kg in my first PL comp in April, still in the 74kg class. If I make enough 10kg PBs over this year, I should be seeing myself up to a near-200kg DL before I move up to the 83kg class. But only time will tell if I actually keep moving my maxes up.
SQ 172.5kg. BP 105kg. DL 200kg. OHP 62.5kg @ 67.3kg

Deadlift- a heck of a lot more than 350
body weight- a heck of a lot less than 350No brain, no gain.

Thnx. It became a necessity when I ran out of "fitness" centers to train in due to various equipment and management issues at the places where I formerly held memberships.
Equipment isn't all that difficult to come by, but enough square footage in which to properly set it up is another story for most folks. I've got about 600 sq.ft., and it's not enough; I could fill another 1000 in about a week's time if it were available. No brain, no gain.
