Two weeks ago I was weighing 206 and the last two weeks I been doing cardio for 15 mins every other day and also been eating a lot cleaner (steak, chicken, fish, brown rice, ect.) and I've drop down to 200 in two weeks? My question is do you think I'm dropping my body percent fat rather then my muscles? My strenght didn't drop much. Help needed please thanks.
