    cardio question

    Two weeks ago I was weighing 206 and the last two weeks I been doing cardio for 15 mins every other day and also been eating a lot cleaner (steak, chicken, fish, brown rice, ect.) and I've drop down to 200 in two weeks? My question is do you think I'm dropping my body percent fat rather then my muscles? My strenght didn't drop much. Help needed please thanks.

    What kind of cardio are you doing? 15 mins is not long enough to burn fat unless your sprinting or doing something else with high intensity. Iwould attribute it more to your new diet possibly. Unless like I said, your sprinting.

    I am doing stair master or I'll change it up to the treadmill I'll have it at a high incline and walk to about 4mph up the treadmill.
