I was thinking of ordering some bulk beta-alanine and i always read that the serving size was like between 1.6-3.2 grams, but the stuff that i wanna get says that the serving size is 1/8 of a teaspoon, or 500 grams? im wondering if its just because this stuff is like really pure or if i will still have to take about 2-3 grams for it to be usefull?

yes of course i meant 500 mg lol sorry...and this is what the instructions are:
The suggested serving size for beta alanine is 500 milligrams one to three times a day, depending on individual needs. A level 1/8 teaspoon contains 546 milligrams, so a little less than a level 1/8 teaspoon will yield the desired amount.
