    Chest lagging

    Im currently bulking up and i have a problem regarding upper chest since my front delts do all the work, but i wana know if my whole chest is lagging or i just need to cut.

    My chest workout

    4xIncline machine press
    4xFlat DB Press
    4x Pec Dec
    4xL-CableCross over

    It's clear you need to cut but your chest is a little weak (in comparison to your arms)... you could even it out then cut... up to you...

    OP ,

    Pre exhaust your chet , or hit your chest (incline) with a moderate weight if you feel it to much in your front delts . really focus on that mind muscle connection. had the same problem .
