Trying to work on strength for the next 8-10 weeks and get my squat up while working on some reactive and explosive lifting as well. I play soccer once a week and this is my plan, what do you guys think? Once again it is basically to get my squat up while staying explosive.
Monday-Upper
Tuesday- 6x2 Jumps for height( next 4 weeks change this to 6x2 dynamic box squat(50%rm squat)
3x5 squat(80% Saturdays lift)
3x6-8 Split squat
Wednesday- Rest
Thursday- Upper(plus soccer game)
Friday-Rest
Saturday- 3x3 Depth Jumps
4x3-5 Squat(goal is to add 2.5-5lbs a week)
4x6-8 GHR
2x5 Box jumps
Sunday Off
