    10 week cut or recomp

    I let myself go this bulk, I will never bulk like this again but i got up to about 22% bodyfat, my question is would a 10 week cut even be enough? I would like to get down to about 12% bodyfat. Or should i do a full on 20 week cut

    What are your goals? If your looking at doing a show in 10 weeks, don't even waste your time.

    My suggestion would be to cut followed by a clean bulk. At your age once you lean down you should be able to hover around the 12% mark while bulkin up. What does your routine and macros look like right now?

    no i am not planning on doing a show i dont have the mass and if i did i would take 25 weeks minimum to prep, my goal is to slowly gain size whie staying around 12%, i officially started my "cut" last week and I am sticking to the 5/3/1 program and throwing in hypertrophy work for each bodypart, my macros are: 280:55:190 C:F:P, is it possible to get down to about 12% in 10-12 weeks?
