Hello all,
I have recently realized that my leg muscles seem to be lagging behind my upper body. I wonder, how long would it take to make them catch up if I were to train legs exclusively for a period of time? I figure a decrease in upper body mass coupled with an increase in lower body mass should speed up the balancing process, and from there I would be able to train the whole body properly while maintaining the right proportion.
For reference as to the imbalance, right now I'm squatting around 5x200lbs, leg curl is around 85-90 lbs x 6 reps before form starts to give; while my bench press 1 rep max is 160 lbs. I'm curling 25lbs for biceps.
Thanks!

Keep squatting but also include dumbbell lunges etc, basically some sort of single leg work. Also try to push harder with your weak leg. Usually your stronger side tends to overtake.
Getting me some gains
