I originally posted this in the science section, not realizing there was a general supplements area. Sorry if it's redundant
I've recently written two primary sourced, research based articles titles Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Creatine, and An In Depth Look At Pre Workout Supplements.
They both aim to give the fitness enthusiast concise, no BS, research based information that is relatively brief and free of jargon. I'm hoping they will be of interest and value to this community.
