Haven't been updating for a while, been 5 days and not working out, just arrived to san diego 2-3 days ago, and was in new york before that.. so having some sleeping issues because of the time difference, so dont wana workout feeling ****ty, today I just slept 5 hours but feeling kind of better than the last days, will probably go to a GYM today, my nutrition is in check, but i ate less than 2000 calories on the first 2 days, then averaged 2000, and yesterday had a re-feed of 2600 and felt GREAT, today will probably stick to 2000 again, just bought whey protein, and some sexy food from walmart, protein intake was low those days (90-120g), but going to up it up from today..

I'm down 168.7 LBS already since last weigh-in today, have skipped workouts ofcorse because of what im doing right now, and heading to the gym now, and actually i've been feeling bad lately because of cutting because im very busy this days, so im recomping for a week or 10 days @2500-2700 calories! and then will continue my cut again, or will stay recomping for more weeks to see if it will enhance my cutting speed, this is my first ever recomp from atleast 12 months!

Finally bought a measuring scale and checking my weight @home, as im increasing calories slowly im currently at 2500 and im staying at 172 pounds, gained some pounds because the majority of my calories are carbs/SODIUMMMMMMMMMMMM, will weigh-in next: APR.9

@American_beast, yeah well i some-how had metabolic damage tho, so i wasnt losing correctly, right now im reverse dieting, im at 3000 calories and my weight is probably maintaining or increasing by 100 grams weekly, im not sure.. gonna weigh-in 28th to see if my weight changes..
