I regret not taking earlier photos of my legs, however I can reassure you they were much smaller when I started - and no doubt much progress remains. I'm starting to cut now. I started at 214 days ago at 140lbs; I'm now approx. 170lbs and will start my second cut, although this one will be much longer and more strict than my first mini-cut.
I've sincerely committed to a healthy lifestyle and working toward a better physique 214 days ago - hope you can see my progress.
