Antibiotics kill bacteria, not the cold virus, not the flu virus. Doctors are over prescribing antibiotics. They give it to people who don't need them and once these people need them, they don't work. I have only gone to the doctor once in the past 4 years for the flu. I had strep throat last year and didn't go along with a mess of other things. I don't believe in medicine for the simple things.
Also, LOL at you even bigger retards who take OTC painkillers for a cold or a flu. NO medical association recommends the taking of pain killers unless you absolutely need them to suppress symptoms. OTC painkillers don't cure you, they make you feel better at the risk of prolonging whatever you have. Helpful to get through an important meeting, terrible for someone staying home.
