crazy sh*t up in this thread...but would you guys really want some of the vein formations a lot of these guys have. All bunched up looking like fat squiggly lines all mashed together. I love me some good vascularity but damn this is just nuts.
Carb Mal-absorption, no breads, sugary snacks, rice, pasta...live off of 30-40g a day.
Eosinophilic eso****itis, cant ingest dairy or my eso****us closes up

The first show I ever competed in was actually last July when Zack Dery (From the OP) won his IFPA Pro Card. Seeing him back stage was a bit humbling. Yes, they are that freaky in real life. Those veins looked like that before he was even pumped up... This is a shot of my veins I think 5 weeks out from that show.
