    pecks feel really sensitive

    i have been off for about to weeks, over christmas and got back to the gym on monday, so obvs did chest mondays and went about doing it normally bench press and other stuff going quite hard and lifting heavy its now 3 days after and my pecks still feel really sensitive when i touch them.

    does anyone know waht could have happened and any thing i can do to help it

    Sounds like you went to hard to fast. I know it was only 2 weeks but let the muscles rest some and I would try some Icyhot or something like that. Good luck and keep at it.
