    Fatburner and pwo in same day??

    Been looking around the forum and seen people who said it was fine to take both but others said depending on what pwo and fat burner are being used. I got Craze for the pre and then Ampethalean for the fatburner I plan on taking the fat burner first thing in the morning which I do cardio every morning and take craze before my lifts more towards 6pm-10pm around then. I take stims pretty well I never really felt some pwos I've taken before. just wanted know if it would be safe to take these same day?

    Just space them as far apart as possible, try different dosing time and I'm sure you'll find one that works well for you.

    Yeah I got you, would it be pointless to take the amphetalean on days I am not using weights and just doin cardio? And then just stick with the craze on lifting days?

    No, it won't be pointless because it'll still help you get going with the cardio. Anything that can help you push a little bit further is always a benefit but like I said just try out different plans/dosing and you'll figure it out.

    As mentioned above it depends on your tolerance level but I personally use a fat burner in morning before cardio (around 6am) and a preworkout around 430pm before training.

    That would be fine just make sure if you get a lot of energy from your pre workout you dont take it 4-6 hours before bed or you might be up for a while

    I usually opt for 4 hours apart, but the longer the better. Fat burner in the morning, PWO in late afternoon/evening is my typical time frame. Just don't stack on top of each other.
