    Keeping muscle while cutting down

    How do I keep as much muscle as i can while cutting down I've read a few theories like eating every two to three hours and timesing my weight by 1.5 for protein and 1 for carbs and carb cycleing. Any advice you can give me i will really appreciate

    cut VERY slowly.. the slower you cut the higher your percentages are for retaining muscle..

    sleep.. make sure you get in your 7-8 hrs of sleep

    lift... dont get into that light lifting crap rookies do the first time they cut.. whatever style of lifting (probably heavy) you did that built your muscle.. use that to retain it
