Hello my fellow bodybuilders! As you all can probably tell I'm new here and was just wondering if you could help me with my goals. Currently, I'm 17 years young, stand about 6' 1" and weigh a measly 140 lbs. Since I have such a small frame, I was wondering if it's possible to gain about 2 lbs a week. Please note I'm not concerned about any fat gains for now. I mainly want to up my weight to something more appealing and then begin worrying about any cutting/real muscle gains. I understand that the way to gain weight is to eat more. But I myself find it difficult to get in enough calories to do so. Lately I've been trying to create a high calorie shake consisting of about 12 oz of 2% milk, 2 tbs of peanut butter, 2 tbs of canola oil, and 1 scoop of GNC protein powder consisting of about 700 calories. My problem has been I've been throwing them up in my morning showers, but I find it possible, sometimes, to stomach it at night. Should I remove this near toxic cocktail and replace it with something else? Also, do you have any recommendations on any high calorie snacks that I may take to school and snack on to assist me on getting my 3500-4000 caloric goal? Thanks so very much! I greatly appreciate it.

As a brand new lifter, all you really need to worry about is lifting consistently. The gains come quick when youre starting off, just make good healthy choices with your food and try to get some protein with each one.
Bench: 235
Squat: 365
Deadlift: 425
