    Guess my BF%? Help me for my progress

    Hello
    I am going to gym almost 3 days per week for more than 2 years,but my progress is very slow,I think it is kind of genetic.My arm is not bad but my chest is week I am doings dumbbell chest press almost in total 120 lbs which is not that great. I am 200 lbs and 6"3 my height.
    Please check the picture and let me know what is my body fat percentage and how long it will takes to lower it to have visible 6 packs with good diet and working out?btw i have little bit of definition on my upper abs.

    Thanks

    20%+-

    calculate ur maintain calories around 2400/2600

    now do 500 calories less 15 minute cardio a day.

    U will lose fat, not ur genetics .

    it's all about good planned nutrition follow ur food meal plan 100% u will lose body fat rapidly definitely

    7000kcal = 1 lbs fat +-
    so u got 20% bodyfat

    ur current weight: 200lbs

    200lbs/100= 2 lbs every % = 2lbs

    20% fat x2lbs= 40lbs of fat

    u want 12% fat

    lose 8 % fat 2lbx8% fat lose

    16x7000kcal = 112.000kcal lose

    112.000/500 kcal lose = 200 days-+ days
    6/7 mouths ( cutting)

    cutting means dropping ur body fat and keep as much muscles possible

    its a long time but worth it for sure

    good luck ( for accurate ratting of ur body fat use fat caliper ) ( can be bought online for 10-20 dollars)
