    Post Right shoulder pain help..

    Hey so I have been having pain in my right shoulder like in the front, hurts alot if I press my fingers or get massage. Ive been doing heating/icing on it but it doesnt seem to help, im cutting right now so i really dont want to take time off.. all help is really appreciated!! The pain came out of nowhere, i guess alot of pressing movements?

    well MRI will tell you whats wrong, so few days off will not hurt you....better that, then taking few months off because you ignored the pain and made it worse

    I just came out of a back injury where I stopped training for 4 weeks. As long as your nutrition stays the same, you‘ll probably not lose lots of strength. But you don‘t know yet how long (or if at all) you‘ll be out of the game. And you can probably still do exercises that don‘t involve the shoulders. I don‘t know. You‘ll only know if you have it examined.

    Orthopedic Urgent Care or see an Orthopedic Surgeon. Get a proper diagnosis and then go from there
