Placing a cool, damp washcloth on your forehead, arms, and legs to reduce discomfort associated with a fever
Putting a humidifier in your room to make breathing easier
Gargling salt water (1:1 ratio warm water to salt) to soothe a sore throat
Covering up with a warm blanket to calm chills

I agree. I am a Scientist at two major hospitals in Los Angeles and the amount of folks coming in for flu has been quite scary. Try and get your flu shots in and if you aren't a believer in them please stay safe and keep your coworkers safe by staying at home for as long as you need to to feel batter.

last time I had the flu as serious as in OP's post was in 1994.
I had every symptom except diarrhea. and my temps were 103-104. I had to go to the hospital cause I couldnt stop puking.
But I do not get sick anymore. The last kind of "sickness" I had recently was food poisoning cause of undercooked food, which I puked up and felt great the same day.
My Immune system is godlike, I will not get sick, I don't believe in getting the flu.STEAM: rangetsu1 | SC: jonnyboiiir | IG: jonnyreyes12
